Is the marina part of Puerto Cancun open yet? From the photos on this forum, it looks like they have water in all the canals and just have a little plug of land still blocking the entrance. That's what the Marina at Puerto Los Cabos looked like until just three weeks before the first boats sailed in. What's the update?
