Marina El Cid Caribe at Puerto Morelos

Has anyone else stopped in at the new marina at Puerto Morelos, just south of Cancun? We checked it out last month, and the slips were beautiful, big fuel dock just to port as you enter, nice shore facilities. This will be much handier to get fuel than going into the lagoon at Isla Mujeres. The El Cid resorts who own Marina El Cid at Mazatlan also own this one, and they had plans to build a big hotel nearby, but so far it's just nice beaches and jungle. THe town of Puerto Morelos is quaint, lots of coffee shops, new age book stores, pretty plaza, excellent diving, etc. Anyone else been into this marina yet?
