Negative. Romolo at API is still the best option. He will bring fuel to the API dock in 55 gal drums. From previous experience there are rust flakes in the fuel delivered, so filter and add fuel conditioner/drier.

Puerto Escondido: The rumor is Singlar is taking the Ellipse over from API. The paper work is Not complete yet, read updates in Latitude or www.hiddenportyachtclub.com Singlar is working on a building for showers, laundry and Tienda located next to the Pemex station. (The Pemex station is not in operation as yet.)
API's new regulation for anchoring in their water is you have to pay your monthly fee before or on the day it is due to receive the 20% discount.

There is a RUMOR going around Singlar raised the mooring prices in the main harbor, this is just that a RUMOR. At this time the price is the same 1 P. per foot per day.
Singlar has the 220 V. electric in for the Fuel Dock, but has not opened it, hopefully in the near future.
They have slowed their construction of the new facilities building, concentrating their efforts on the Dry Storage.
The specifics for the Dry Storage will be posted as soon as they are known.

The Fuel Dock in Puerto Escondido opened today March 25th, 2006. Prices are normal pump prices. Not Marine prices.
This is really wonderful for all the boats planning to attend Loreto Fest May, 2006.
As more news and information becomes available I will send it to you.

President Vicente Fox visited Puerto Escondido for the opening ceremonies of Singlar's new facilities that include among others a travel lift and a fuel dock.
