The Acapulco Marina with it's big white lighthouse is a sight to behold. The Marina is located in traditional Acapulco and has provided safe harbor to sailors from around the world for decades.
To whom it may concern,I have been a member of 15 yrs of this Marina in Acapulco. Yes, it has gone under some long term reconstruction due to the Hurricae Pauline. At the moment it is now in a great progress with new docks and installations. The Marina will be re-opened in December 2010 with all its lovley glory and kind staff. I Welcome all new members of the Marina in sunny Acapulco and the best swimming pool of the bay!
Phone disconnected, docks in bad shape, but they do sometimes have some moorings for rent - but who wants to wait until arriving in Acapulco to know if you have a place to moor or not? If a bank is holding this marina, they need to find someone to manage it. Hundreds of yatistas would use it if it were working. Hola, anybody there?
