Marina Nuevo Vallarta was built in 1987 and was the first marina in Puerto Vallarta, even before Marina Vallarta, and it was designed with 380 slips for 30’ vessels. It is located in the “El Chino”, inside the living complex Nuevo Vallarta right in front of the hotel and Marina Paradise Village.
In 1995 the company that operated the marina went into bankruptcy and it wasn’t until 2004 that the government withdrew the administration from the banks and in 2005 it gave it to Mexican Investors that actually knew what to do with the business.
Right now the only services offered are water and electricity and has space for 80 vessels. But the good news are that they are reactivating the proyect to build a world class marina with a capacity of 244 vessels of 20’ to 120’. The marina is expected to have every service available.
The office is open from 9AM to 2PM and from 4 to 7PM, Monday through Friday and from 9AM to 2PM on Saturday
