Construction began on the Marina at Ensenada Cruiseport Village. This private marina is centered at the new cruise ship terminal near downtown Ensenada. The marina will consist of 198 slips between 35'and 68', plus a guest dock offering mooring for mega yachts. Each slip will be equipped with dock box, water, 30 or 50 amps electrical outlets, plus phone, computer and cable t.v. hook-ups, a fuel dock and pump out station is also planned.
When finished, the grounds around marina will have a club house, laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, storage lockers. The grounds are to be kept secure with guarded entry and card key gates. A hotel is also planned.
